Check the mouse settings in Control Panel and in any additional software
that configures how the input device works. What options are available in
Control Panel> Mouse vary. There are standard options that appear in
Mouse/Input devices. OEM drivers and supplemental software may add more.

Some of what you're describing sounds like a setting I've seen on some
laptop systems: to place the cursor at the edge of the screen when it is
inactive. "Snap To" is another feature in some setups that users hate or
love.

You should also find sensitivity settings and possibly "orientation"
adjustments that adapt to your use of the input device.

Suggest checking out the manual for the input device. It is possible that
there are features and adjustments that are not real obvious but that are
outlined in this resource.

and microsoft. Tried every combination of adjustment in
both the accessibility and mouse features. I have read the
hard and online manuals. I have even spoken with the
original designers at the TRACE center at the University
of Wisconsin. I am out of resources besides the message
