If you're not being allowed work with or otherwise alter word and PowerPoint
files, chances are, you are being asked to activate MS-Office which appears to be installed on your system with XP. Office is a separate application and requires separate activation. -- Michael Solomon MS-MVP Windows Shell/User Backup is a PC User's Best Friend DTS-L.Org: http://www.dts-l.org/ "kf" <anonymous@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:2b5a501c4678b$28c39d40$a301280a@phx.gbl... > why does it keep asking me to activate-I have already > done this-it allows me into 'word' or 'ppt' but I cannot > read or manipulate what is there-why? |
