Viewing images after downloading

After downloading e-mail, I am unable to open and access
it. It opens to a blank page and says, no image.

Hi,

if the image is embedded in the mail message then the path to the original image is lost and hence it is unable to show the image.

Please ensure that images are downloaded to the disk and then attached to the mail.
