When I try to download or update a program (eg
messenger), a msg comes up saying that "you do not have the permissions required to install X program on this computer. Please contact a person who has full persmissions on this computer." I am the administrator on this computer, there are no other users. I have tried changing various security settings but noo results. Any help please??? |

Hi,
Are you part of a network or a stand alone computer. Seems that the Software restriction policy or a tuned group policy is in effect in your organization. -- Regards M.
