Default Log on problems

Network was working fine between two computers, now for
some reason, get a message that I have to enter a
password. Went to Start, control userpasswords2 and
unchecked "use a password to sign on". Did this on both
computers but it still does it. Host computer is HP,
computer #2 is Compaq. Both use Windows XP.

Thanks,
Terry

If you mean you now need to enter a password in order for one computer to
talk to the other over the network, you should take this question to the
windowsxp.network_web newsgroup. Check the newsgroup list at the site where
you accessed this group.
