Log on Problems

Everytime I try to log on to my computer, it immediately
logs out. I tried to do a repair installation with my XP
disc and rebooted but nothing happened. Finally, I called
Dell and the technician tried to help me but in the end
couldn't solve my problem. Can someone please help me with
my problem. I have tried everything!!!!!

I have the exact same problem. Please let me know if you
