wintrust.dll 5.131.2600.0

Can't obtain updates for xp pro 2002 because apparently
didn't check "Yes" to "Always trust Microsoft.....etc" at
the outset. Presume a mistake.

Help says .dll files are not usually available to
download so would like some help on resolving this.

Suggestion/idea

Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 wintrust.dll
Click Okay
