Default HTTP error

I am attempting to download an update for my adobe
reader. When I try to download the update I get an http
403 error (forbidden). I reviewed the microsoft website
and found an explanation that relates to dial up internet
access. I am using a cable modem and not sure how to fix
this!! Any help is appreciated!! Thanks.

Default RE: HTTP error

Hi,

Contact your ISP for details how to configure the settings for downloading. Some ISPs have restrictions and allow particular actions apart from browsing. This has nothing to do with ur computer.
