Accidentally disabled Admin account

Hello Group,

I am in urgent need of a solution to get out of this
solution. I have accidentally disabled the Admin account
and I am now left only with a user account. Is there a way
to enable the admin account through the user account or
any other workable solutions are welcome! Thanks for your
help.
