wonder if someone could help me, i recently had to do a
system recovery, and all the files were moved to my old pc or something along those lines, now i have found my folders and files etc, but one folder i had was selected so it was only visible to myself when i was logged on, and now seen as i'm a new user i can't gain access to the folder anymore, is there a way to crack the encryption or a way to move the files inside the folder, i would contact support but i cant find my PID number so they wont touch me without it, please will someone help me, as i'm stumpt, i've tried all sorts but please i will try anything to get my files back |

Right click My Computer and select properties. There is your PID.
Unless you made a recovery disk for the encryption you will probably be unable to get the files back.
