Default Big Problem-Need Help

I own a Sony Vaio. 180 gig hd. HD is partitioned. Last
week my computer became infected to the extent that I
tried to recover&reformat got error message "can't find
recovery partition. Would not let me reformat.I then
called Sony and asked for the recovery cds which I ran
last night. Also, my ISP is Comcast. When I tried to
reinstall comcast installation cd I keep getting the
following mesage "VtruckDbg has encountered a problem and
needs to close" comcast installation also closes. When I
run msconfig I noticed that I have 2 Vtagentreboot files.
One is always checked-cant get rid of the check. After
running the recovery cds-reformated both c&d drives keep
getting same error message "VtruckDbg has encountered a
problem.........." Can Anyone help me out. Thanks everyone.

Default Re: Big Problem-Need Help

This appears to be a common issue with the NTL Internet setup CD.

You should contact Comcast - you should still be able to manually configure
your connection without the help of the CD.
