This is a new one

I tried to check a balance of my credit card and after
signing in as usual it came up
Server Error in'/'Application
Runtime Error
Description: An application error occured on the server.
The current custom error setting for this application
prevent the details of the application error from being
viewed remotely....It then tells me I need to create a
custom errors tag within a web config. (I do not have a
clue what it means) I need help...please! On top of
that all of a sudden my computer is running very slow.
