Help w/a srv pls

Hi,
I have a service msmdsrv.exe which is taking 85% of CPU time and I cannot
figure out what's doing. I reinstalled the SO with no avail. I would
appreciate your help to localize some info on this program.
I can access to my network but not internet.
XP SP1

It could be a spyware or hijack problem.

Install the following programs (free, check in google) on the machine and
run them:

1. AdAware
2. HijackThis
