msn solitaire

My sister and I play Solitare online on MSN but in the last week, she has a message that keeps coming up saying she is unable to connect to the game. My side comes up showing her name and mine, but she cant get it to load up. Any ideas on what we have to do to fix this problem please. Your help is appreciated, thanks.

If this is about the MSN Messenger: Click Help / About
in the MSN windows to see if both of you are using the
same version. If they are the same, check with your sister to
see if she's blocking the games with an application firewall.
