Is that your monitor message? Or an error message from Windows/FS? Did
you install drivers for your monitor? Try running FS in windowed mode
and check that it is set for a resolution supported by your monitor,
if all your drivers are correct the video card shouldn't sent a
refresh rate that your monitor cannot support...
