Spider Solitaire

This game (and other others that come with it, i.e., free
cell, etc.) are suddenly missing from my computer. I
just want to find out how to get another download of
Spider. The restore cd's that came with my computer have
no installation program, so I can't reload from them.
This should be simple, but it's not. Any suggestions?

It is simple, Martha. 8-) Go into Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs,
then click on the Add/Remove Windows Components icon in the left panel.
With Accessories... highlighted on the first page, click the Details button.
On the second page, highlight Games and again click the Details button.

In there you can add/remove the check marks next to the names of the games
you wish, then OK your way out. The games contained in Windows XP are
"system" files, and XP will automatically add or remove them for you.
