Windows crashes then restarts

windows will crash when i play a game. Then a blue screen
comes up then restarts how can i fix this its in the
middle of the game.

Give us some information with which to work, like what game and some system
details about your graphics and sound cards, what drivers you're running and
what updates you've applied from Windows Update.
