Default Windows Log File


Hi All,
I have a question. Is it windows XP got the activities log features? For example, it will record all the things you did in the PC, like when you open, edit, delete, any files or appliaction in Windows System? If yes, can you please tell me, where to get this features from Windows?
If windows didn't support this features? Can you tell me where, i can find a program work in this way? Thanks..
