Default Computer description in 'Browsing network' and other stuff.

All,

How does one turn on the computer description whilst browsing the
network, such as when browsing the network to map a drive?
By default, the 'comment' or 'computer description' was turned on in
Windows NT. It is turned off, by default, in XP. How does one turn it on
to show the descriptions?

Why does XP still use the DOS 5.0 header when it formats a floppy disk?
(go to a command prompt, format a floppy disk, run 'debug', and type in
'L 100 0 0 1', then 'D' to display)

Why does debug still exist in XP, ever since DOS 1.0, and microsoft has
never updated it to a gui? And why did they kill off File Manager
(winfile.exe) in Win 2000 and XP? (Fair enough about killing off edlin)

cheers,
/dave.

The version matches up to the one stated in a Windows ME command prompt
window - a Windows versioning number.
