USB Host Controler Problem

HI i got an external USB Video capture card and notice
that the USB host controler reads as a question mark. And
was wondeirng how to get it resolved? Because have scanned
both winxp installation disk and my video capture card
cdrom to for the file but has come up blank? So was
wondering were i could get the signle file for the USB
host controler so i have this issue resolved

Is it USB 2? Is SP1 installed? Delete the entry
reboot. See what appears then.

Its usb 2.0 for sure don't know about the other one have
unstinalled it and reinstalled and still appears as
question mark. Dončt knos about Sp1 Whats that

SP1 is the service pack for XP.
(right mouse/properties on My Computer)
If it doesnt say Service Pack 1 under General).

You'll have to download it or install it from
someone with a CD. If you know anyone who has it.

Without it you wont have USB 2. So, you'll
need to install it before USB 2 will work properly.

Unless whatever you have, has USB 2 drivers.
(but in some cases, it'll say get SP1).
