Default Tiny computers - beware

Hi everyone.

I am posting this message because I want people to see what bad service Tiny aka Time aka the computer shop is giving and that nobody else get ripped off by them.

Please read this forum before you think about buying anything from them

http://www.romulus2.com/forum/forum...p?s=&forumid=27

From my personal experience and from many others who voiced their oppinions they are patethic!!!!

Dear Punk4ss

Thanx for this - like u I got bitten by another company (Microland Technology) - I won't go on about that as my thoughts and experiences are well documented on this forum.

It is good that people are sharing their experiences and if people like you and I can (in an honest and well informed way) help others get into a pickle, I say, let's do it!!!!!

Kind regards

Gabriella x

time are the UK's largest pc manufacturer, why don't people learn!

the PC's that they build are actually better than most but it's the service, policies and support that really let the down. they're not prepared to invest in any of the area's that really matter only in Mr Mohsans new villa in dubai!!!

i have to say that most of the technical support staff know less than the customer on new software and hardware products as the staff are either poorly trained or not trained at all.

basically at time/tiny (actually granville technologies) the staff use time for experience (a hell of an experience) and time use their employees as professional fobbers!

if you ever ring time, your lucky if you get someone who can be arsed helping you, this is probably due to the hardly worth getting out of bed wage of £11000 p/a and thats for technical staff!!!

anyway.

as with any company they have they're problems and most of times customers are happy with product and service.

they must be doing something right, just can't work out what!

I bought one from tiny, and wished i haddent. windows had to be reinstalled once a week.

In fact it happened so often i just wrote on te calender every monday 'get annoyed with computer'

It was cheap and tacky, AVOID tiny (Tiny by name, tiny quality by nature)

Default A little Help Here People!!!??

Well What Can I Say..?

Im after buying a Laptop & come across this Forum by chance, the thing is Tiny seem to beat any other P.C wholesaler when it comes to selling there Laptops... Ive searched the internet for a while looking for the best price/deal thats about & Tiny seems to be the only one that has the best offers (Price wise) on laptops.

After reading all the positive feedback on Tiny... hahahaha (JOKA) No serious.... im in two minds weather to get one from there because of all the problems people seem to have experienced with there purchase from them, I know its down to me weather or not to take that gamble with Tiny... but as you peeps seem to have the knowlegde about Laptops i was hoping one of you bright sparks could help me in finding a store that could equal there prices.... for example "I heard that on Ebay they have direct threads that take u direct to laptop wholesaler's" Im not lookin for the greatest laptop spec wise just something reliable & because you seem like you know what your talking about i thought i'd get at you to see if you have any idea's where i can find a laptop & avoid the kind of trouble people finding themselves in with companies like Tiny.

If anyone can get back to me it will be much appreciated.
