Default Hardware upgrades and WPA (Activation)

When I first installed Windows XP, a couple months after
that, I upgraded the video card and upgraded the Sound
Card and RAM as well). I plan on adding a second hard
drive and upgrading the CD-ROM drive to a DVD-ROM drive
in about a week.
Will this be enough to cause me to have to reactivate
Windows XP?

You need at least three changes in hardware before it will require
activation. Some of the changes are done already so you should be
fine, you are making two new changes, so reactivation may not be
necessary.
