I'm using WinXP Home OEM. When the motherboard of my Pentium III machine on
which it was installed died, I replaced with a super-fast Pentium IV
motherboard. (Everything else was the same.) A repair installation was
necessary but I botched it. (My bad, not WinXP's.) So I reformatted the hard
drive and did a clean installation. A single internet activation was all
that was needed.
