I have a gateway laptop with XP.
I installed a MS Wireless Excutive Destop keyboard and mouse. Now the laptop keyboard is hosed. Key configuration is off , letter keys give numbers or the wrong letter. Wireless keyboard works fine. I did a system restore to before the keyboard install and laptop keyboard now works. Any ideas how to make this work. I wanted to be able to use the wireless at home but still need the laptop keyboard to work when on the road. Thanks, |

see if the numlock key was on or pressed. on most laptops, the "numpad" is
overlayed over normal keys, giving this type of behavior if pressed. d -- This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights. Please reply to newsgroups only.
