Default DVD Burning Problem

Whenever I attempt to burn a file onto a blank, writable DVD,the CD
[DVD] Writing Wizard requests that I insert a writable disk. Using the
DVD burning software that came with my computer is not an option,
because I created the file with InterVideo WinDVD Creator 2 and none of
the bundled DVD burning software accepts the InterVideo file format.
Using the InterVideo WinDVD Creator 2 software is not an option either,
because the file is an MPEG-4 (ISO) file, and InterVideo WinDVD Creator
2 does not seem to burn MPEG-4 (ISO) files. What can I do to burn my
file onto a DVD? Thank you.

With an ISO file you usually burn the image to the CD or DVD.... Since you
don't tell us what DVD writing software you have, I can't go much further,
with I can tell you with Roxio EX CD DVD Creator, it's under File in the
toolbar.
