Hi Guys :-)
I have a wierd problem with my XP installation... Whenever I run hardware inspecting software such as Nero's InfoTool, OnTrack's EasyRecovery (DeletedRecovery option), and VCOM's PCDiagnostics software, my computer reboots immediately. I don't understand the reason for this. All my hardware is working properly (i. e., DVD drives, video card, modem, etc.). Has anyone else encountered such a problem? I can burn CD's, dial a modem to the internet, listen to music from my sound card, etc. without a problem. Happy Holidays! Bryan McFarland :-) |

Just a thought, but are you using inspecting software that is approved for
XP? A lot of utility software that worked great in Win98 will not work in XP. Just an idea.
