RE: Bootup in Safe Mode

Using home XP with a Dell, how to boot into safe mode? A spy bot installed a search toolbar and it will not Add/Remove from normal mode.

What is the best method to delete an APP after it is running in memory and will not allow itself to be removed?

The bootup disk for ME cannot see C: Is it because of the file format like NTFS?
