Win Explorer not display "E" CDRW Drive

Hello:
When I bring up folders in Win Explorer its shows
my CDROM drives as "D" and CDRW drive as "E".
If I click on an empty "D" drive it displays"Insert a
Disc". When I click on an empty "E" drive it jumps to
"C" without a prompt for a disc. Both drives, ribbon
cables have been checked out in another computer and are
working fine. When I use auto play and put a disc in "E"
it will spin up and display the title of the disc in
Explorer but when I double click it, it will go to "C".
I can burn data to "E" no problem.
Help !
