Clear, concise question. Buy your own paper!

Greetings --

I think I can safely speak for all of us here when I say, "Huh?"

Is English a second or third language for you? If so, may I
suggest that you try posting your question in a news group dedicated
to your native language? I say this not to insult or offend, but
rather to point out that you're not likely to get much help, if no one
can understand what you're saying.

As it is, your post is quite undecipherable: the words used are
from the English language, but are almost completely meaningless as
currently assembled.

I thing this message is mis-leading.

First: I would not mount a laser jet printer on top of a personal computer.
It could bee too heavy.

Second: I would not put any printer on top of a personal computer.
Printers move around when printing and personal computer do not like that!

Third: We will not supply you with white paper. Buy your own supply.

Hardware stores sell many types of shelf systems, some stand
on tables, some mount to wall studs. If you just want to
use the space above a bit of hardware, shelves and racks are
the way to do it.
