Portable USB HDD

Hi,

Anyone knows how I can get my USB portable HDD formatted
in FAT32 to be recognized in XP?

1. I don't want to format my portable to NTFS
2. XP installed in NTFS poartition
3. Device detected. but not shown in My computer.

I was able to format my internal slave drive as FAT32, with Disk Manager.

Right click on My Computer and select Manage. On the following screen click
on Disk Management. Does it appear on the right hand side of the screen?
Have you assigned it a drive letter?
