Default charisma computers has anyone heard of them
www.charismauk.co.uk

seem to be well priced and good spec for around £750 but has anyone got any views on them good or bad? :crazy:

Charisma computers in Manchester?
The system i am using at the moment was bought from there.
They`ll upgrade any system you buy from them in front of you.
Good Company, friendly too.

Hmmm - some of the prices there don't seem too bad. I may have to call in one day as it is only a few mins from me!

After being a happy customer of Charisma's, I will now never purchase from them again as they refused to replace a faulty hard disk drive which was 50 weeks into the year's warranty. They claimed that their supplier wouldn't repalce it and that I should have retured it to them earlier.

I have bought from Spot On Computers, which is the same area as Charisma with no problems for over 7 years.

Well that answers the Charisma question..

Alex i would still seek advice and tell them that there are 52 weeks in a year's warrenty not 50.. (unless of course you took it back After 52 weeks then that would be different i think)

What was the make of the drive?
