remote Procedure Call service terminated unexpectedly

Can anyone help with this ?

After a few minutes online the system tells me that the
Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service terminated
unexpectedly. The computer then disconnects and shuts down
after 60 seconds.

The COM+ Event System detected a bad return code during
its internal processing. HRESULT was 800706BA from line 44
of d:\nt\com\com1x\src\events\tie r1\eventsystemobj.cpp.
Please consult Microsoft Product Support Services to
report this error.
