USB drivers

I am told that I should ahve a HUMAN INTERFACE DRIVER
entry in my DEVICE MANAGER but it is not there. I have
several USB devices and my UPS isn't recognized. How do
I get the HUMAN INTERFACE DRIVER enty to show up? My UPS
shows as an UNKNOWN DEVICE until I can configure it. I
can't configure it until everything shows up correctly.
Can someone help?
