Default Windows Longhorn Delayed
The Register is reporting today that the next big version of Windows, codenamed Longhorn has been delayed once again.

This means that it will most likely be released sometime in 2006, which leaves 5 years between the release of XP and Longhorn. It is thus possible that we will have two, not one, point releases between XP and Longhorn.
