Default Scheduling a Room in Outlook

How far in advance can a meeting room be scheduled in Outlook? A user was trying to schedule a room for a whole year and was not allowed to do this. Is there a limit on the amount of months a resource room can be scheduled?

What version of Exchange? This is an exchange setting and the default is 180
days.
