Default Automate text



I need to create a document that will be sent out to about fifty people and
though the body of the document is the same there is only two smal parts that
need to be typed in each document and that is the compny name in the middle
of the document and the TO: part. Is there anyway to automate this?

It's the feature called "mail merge".
