Default win32cfg problem


i am running XP Professional...and i have a monitoring
program on my computer, which i have used for well over 2
years...i cannot get into this program (spybuddy) because
it tells me my win32cfg file is either bad or missing...i
have reinstalled spybuddy but it still doesn't work...do i
have a virus and if so what do i need to do...i have norton
anti-virus and run it constantly...however, it isn't
detecting any virus...can anyone help me

The virus may have infected your System Restore folder (system volume information).
You'll need to turn-off System Restore, reboot, then turn it back on.

Why not contact Spybuddy support? They boast of having 24/7 support.
