Default Help blue screen of death


for some reason after using my cd drive i get the blue
warning screen that dumps the memory. then the message
it gives is bad_pool_call
it doesn't happen everytime but it happense a lot more
than it should

up anytime, it usually happens 0 to 4 times a 15 hour day.
I don't even have to be running an app. My motherboard is
an Intel SE7505VP2 with two 2 Ghz XEON processors and 1 GB
DDR266 registered ECC memory. My old board (Intel D850GB)
did the same thing, but the message was "Page Fault in a
non paged Area". When it surprise reboots I wind up losing
data. I'm using Win XP Pro with SP1. I have a Intel 845CA
with Win 2000 and it surprise reboots only about once a
week.
