how do I set incoming,outgoing,etc. for yahoo.com?

If you have the "free" yahoo in the US, you can't.
Yahoo mail only works in Windows Mail if you have "PLUS" version.

I have the plus version. How do I sync that with the windows mail?

Windows mail setup is the same as Outlook Express instructions.
