Download and install VistaBoot Pro. It is an easy way to correct the
problem you describe.

Nothing that you were asking to do.
Its a graphical boot manager, makes it easy to do the exact same thing you
can do with bcdedit.

It won't help you get the second installation installed.

What is failing for you with the 32bit installation ?
