you can still ( for a small fee) get a computer outfitted with Windows
XP

Note that the consumer must purchase Vista Business or Ultimate and allow
Dell to exercise their downgrade right to XP Professional. Those wanting the
multimedia functionalities have only the more expensive Ultimate to select,
they cannot use this program with Home Basic or Premium.
