Can you drag/drop items from the older calendar into your current calendar?

This is what I was hoping to avoid. I have all of 2007 and part of 2006 in
the old calender, so to drop and drag would be extremely time consuming. In addition I want to make the calender my primary, so that I can activeSync with my handheld which has windows moblie. Thanks Daryl "Vince Averello [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: > Can you drag/drop items from the older calendar into your current calendar? > > "ddslawson" <ddslawson@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message > news:3799A8A0-CDB3-4C0C-97B2-8EF8954E55AA@microsoft.com... > > I want to combine older calender with my new 2008 calender and mke it my > > primary, so that when I sync with activesync the primary will show up on > > my > > handheld which has windows mobile. > |

You can use a list view of the calendar folder to easily drag/drop
everything. Once in a list view hit control-A to select all the items "ddslawson" <ddslawson@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:7EE00C75-5B9D-4A87-8870-6B54A061ED3D@microsoft.com... > This is what I was hoping to avoid. Set Current view to events, Select all, Drag and drop.
