Default replies for meeting request not registered in calendar other thandefault calendar

Are there known issues with shared calendars when the shared calendar
is not the "main" calendar, that replies to meeting requests don't get
registered?

One of our users reported it but I haven't seen it myself yet.
Could it be that Outlook only registers one calendar as THE calendar
for handling replies to meeting requests? And if this is the case, I
suppose there is not much that can be done about it? Or is there?

As far as I know, all those items will go to the Calendar folder in your
default message store (PST file or Exchange Server mailbox)

Outlook uses what is called System or Default Folders.
The Calendar folder that is firing the automated stuff is your
designated "Default or System Folder" for the Calendar.

You are correct, there is only the one calendar "system" folder
that will fire the automated talley of responses. If the meeting is
made from the secondary folder, it will not talley the responses.

Thanks all for confirming my intuition.
I informed my users.
