Default How to set up for booking conference room in Outlook


Hi,

Can someone help me for how to set up booking conference room in Outlook? We
have a few conference room, we want to have people book them from Outlook?
What is the right way to make it?

Any help will be appreciated!

and how to book it correctly if you are using Direct Booking.

However, If you use Exchange Server I would suggest the use
of the AutoAccept Agent. We use this with great success.
