How can I print calendar in 30 minute increments? Will NOT work

No matter what setting I change, I can't make my boss' daily calendar print
in 30 minute increments. I have changed every setting I can find to "30
minutes" for time, but it still prints on the hour only. Advise?

What working hours do you have set for your calendar?
