Outlook 2003: Cannot open calendar apointment

Hello

Sometimes one user complains that she cannot open an apointment in the
calendar using a double click or even the right click and open option.
Nothing happens: she has to restart the computer and retry it to open the
apointment. It's her own calendar, not a shared one.

The outlook version seems up to date: 11.8206.8202 SP3

Has someone already seen such a strange thing ?

Any add-ins? If you start Outlook in safe mode, does it make a difference?
