Vista Sidebar

Whenever Sidebar starts a window is dislpayed that it is configuring
MSDE for AdminDB. I started happening in March and I have not been
able to resolve the issue. I happens whether gadgets are assigned to
the sidebar or not. Any suggestions would be appreciated
