Cannot Dismiss Reminder

I have a user that can delete reminders but is unable to dismiss them. Any
ideas about what may cause this?

I too have a similar problem. I have one reminder that continues to pop up.
When I try to dismiss it, i get a message that "can't locate recurrence
information for this reminder". How do I stop this pesky pop up?

Try starting Outlook with the /Cleanreminders switch. More info here:

Tried the /cleanreminders - Windows cannot find it? Suggestions?
