for a two senior developers to join its Chicago Outlook/Exchange development
team.

Required Skills
• 4+ years of software development experience, preferably in C/C++.
• 2 to 4 years experience in using MAPI and Outlook.
• Strong UI design skills (layout, flow, usability).
• Expertise in object oriented design and implementation.
• Experience with developing SDK packages.
• Familiarity with MFC and ATL is required.
• Experience with Office ComAddin, OLE, and DDE a plus.
• Hands on technical development experience on Microsoft Windows platform a
plus.
• Experience in a complete product life cycle, demonstrating understanding
of every group's role, and the importance of communication to cross
functional groups in both Engineering and Product Management/Marketing.
• Customer focused, work well in a collaborative team oriented environment.
• Must be autonomous, highly committed, flexible, and productive.
• Successfully shipped at least one large-scale, enterprise class product.
Required Experience
• BS in Computer Science or related degree or equivalent experience, MS
desired.
