windows encountered a problem installing the driver software four your device
USB Printing Support

An error occurred during the installation of the device
The Driver installation file for this device is missing a necessary
entry.this may be because the INF was written for windows 95 or later.Contact
your Hardware vendor
this is the error message

Go to the Printer's Manufacturer's website and see if there is a Vista
compatible Printer Driver available for your model number printer.
If not, you can not install that Printer in Vista.

Default RE: driver support file for printer

go to the manufacturer's website and download the correct driver for your
printer. If the problem still happens, you will need to go into the registry
and remove the corrupt printer drivers so your computer will reinstall the
correct driver.
